From April to November I offer traditional timber framing courses at my workshop in Dordogne, France with the organisation Le Savoir Faire et Découverte.
The courses are five days and have a maximum of four participants.
The courses are practically based – you will learn how to use basic timber-framing tools and methods – and are designed to give you the confidence and experience to do your own projects.
During the first three days of the course we work on the wall and cross frame sections. In the last two days we build a roof truss too.
Five day course: 925 euros
Food and accommodation are not included.
