From April to November I offer traditional timber framing courses at my workshop in Dordogne, France.
There are both individual and group course options.
Prices start at 900€ for a three-day individual course.
Group courses can be three or five days long and have a maximum of four participants. If you would like to come as a group, please contact me via the link below to discuss pricing as this will depend on a number of factors.
The courses are practically based – participants will learn how to use basic timber-framing tools and methods – and are designed to give everyone the confidence and experience to do their own projects.
During the first part of the course we work on wall and cross frame sections. In the second part of the course participants build their own scaled down roof truss, which they can take home at the end of the course.
Food and accommodation are not included but we are happy to help with finding local accommodation.
